At the Belleville Pregnancy and Family Care Centre we have a caring and compassionate team.  Together they run all of the programs available and provide the confidential support you need. The Centre team is also enriched by many volunteers serving in different capacities.  

 

Meet our Team!

Heather Tapp - Executive Director

Heather, our energetic leader, is the Director of the Belleville Pregnancy and Family Care Centre and oversees directorship of the Anchor of Hope Pregnancy and Family Care Centre in Madoc. She is the facilitator of the Parenting Program and meets with clients for Post-Abortion Care.  

 

 

 

Darla Keene - 4U Healthy Lifestyles Education and Prenatal Coordinator

After volunteering with the Centre for a number of years, Darla joined us as our 4U Coordinator.  Darla can be recognized in many schools as a presenter of making healthy decisions and building healthy relationships.  As well, Darla leads our Prenatal Program, teaching new parents about what to expect during pregnancy, labour and delivery, and when bringing their babies home. 

 

 

 

 

Marg Kew - Office Administration Assistant

Marg keeps our team and office well-organized. She oversees the Material Room and our BrightCourse Program offerings. She has a long history in client care and supports our clients connecting them to the resources and items they need.

 

 

 

Dave Drabiuk - Men's Program Director

Dave facilitates the Men's Program, teaching new dads how to begin on the right foot and supporting more experienced dads as they strive to grow in their parental role. He also oversees our Church Partnership Program that assists us in connecting clients with communities of people that can support the needs that fall outside the Centre's scope of support. 

 

 

 

 

Diane Smith - Grandmother's Heart Coordinator

Diane facilitates the Grandmother's Heart Program, supporting mother's and families in the months following the arrival of their new babes, as well as provides client support within the Centre.  She has such a loving, tender heart and embraces many of our clients truly with the love and support of a grandmother.
